The Polar F4 heart rate monitor is an entry level training aid. It is very simple in use and provides the user with the most essential workout data. Thanks to the textile chest strap with WearLink+ transmitter it very accurately measures the heart rate, which can be displayed in bpm or as percent of the maximum heart rate. The Heart Touch function allows changing the displayed data without even touching a button. It only needs to be brought near the transmitter. Coding the transmission prevents interference from other workout devices. The clear backlit display features graphical zone target indicator.
